Overview
Lead plant and NADC planning, forecasting and actual reporting for Arlington Plant and North America Distribution Centers, including MOH, COGS, volume, productivity, inventory reserves and headcount-related financials.
Own recurring close and governance activities across SAP, BPC and supporting offline files, ensuring period close, month close and quarter close deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Develop and maintain financial reporting packages including period business review inputs, KPI scorecards, pounds and pieces, yield/loss, inventory adjustments, manufacturing variance, reserves, WVOL and financial pack reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional reviews with plant leadership, operations, engineering, quality, support center, NADC teams and PGCS finance to explain drivers, risks and opportunities, and required actions.
Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and reclasses for the close process, including MOH corrections, AP accruals, deferrals, bonus accruals, inventory reserves, WIP and manufacturing variance activity.
Maintain financial controls and compliance discipline for SOX/GCS accountabilities, balance sheet reconciliations, SAP period opening/closing activities, control owner assessments and required documentation.
Support productivity, special reporting and operational finance initiatives including PTR, PowerSteering actuals, alcohol drawback reporting, CAPEX settlement and data requests for plant and corporate stakeholders.
Serve as SAP/BPC finance subject matter support for reporting, close execution, data governance and backup coverage for standard costing and related activities.

Planning, Forecasting and Performance Management - Develop Arlington and NADC MOH, COGS, volume, headcount and productivity plan/forecast/latest estimate inputs; prepare cause of change, rate, volume, mix, risk and opportunity analysis; coordinate current period forecast/flash/confirm inputs with Support Center and PGCS Finance
Period Close, Month Close and SAP/BPC Governance - Execute recurring period and month close activities across SAP and BPC, including opening/closing periods and months, SAP to BPC reconciliations, BPC package coordination, confirmation of posting completion, close checklists and period close communication
COGS, Manufacturing Variance and Production Settlement Reporting - Own recurring COGS reporting and analysis for KKS1/KKAO/CO88, weekly KKS1, production order settlement, manual WIP, manufacturing variances, standard COGS, pounds and pieces, yield usage, labels, KPI scorecard and unexplained variance follow-up.
Inventory, Reserves, MIRA and NADC Support - Prepare and update inventory adjustment, reserve, MIRA and disposal analysis for Arlington and NADCs; coordinate brand/location breakouts, reserve journal entry support, disposal reporting and NADC pre-close inputs for GP, Carlisle and Lithia Springs.
MOH, Payroll, Headcount, Accruals and Balance Sheet Reconciliations - Prepare, park, post or approve MOH corrections, AP accruals, bonus accruals, reserve reconciliations, payroll/headcount files, FL/NFL corrections, CAP entries, cross charges, reclasses and CAPEX settlements; review variances with department managers.
Controls, Compliance and Documentation - Maintain SOX/GCS and plant control accountabilities, including control owner assessments, payroll reconciliation control support, FOB accruals, zero balance/deferral accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, SAP screenshots/evidence, audit support and timely remediation
Productivity, PTR, Special Reporting and Regulatory Support - Support productivity actuals and PTR governance, including PowerSteering uploads, actuals requests, headcount optimization support, alcohol drawback TBB files/PDFs/submissions and other required regulatory or operational finance reporting.
Stakeholder Partnership and Continuous Improvement - Lead or support recurring plant, capacity review, MOH review, manufacturing variance, MIRA/reserve, pre-close and leadership review routines; partner with operations, quality, engineering, HR, procurement, support center and finance leaders to improve reporting discipline and close execution.
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.

Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications

Advanced Excel and MS Office skills, including ability to maintain complex linked workbooks, analyze large data sets, create variance bridges and summarize operational drivers.
Working knowledge of manufacturing overhead, COGS, inventory adjustments, reserves, production order settlement, accruals, reclasses, balance sheet reconciliations and productivity reporting.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple recurring weekly, period, month-end and quarter-end deadlines with high accuracy and limited supervision.
Strong communication and business partnering skills with ability to explain financial results to plant leadership, functional managers, Support Center, PGCS Finance and cross-functional partners.
Experience with Sarbanes Oxley, GCS/control owner requirements, audit support and financial evidence retention strongly desired.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to improve processes, document routines and provide reliable backup support for critical finance activities.
