About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded FP&A Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will play a critical part in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, business case development, and cross-functional project execution. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with exceptional project management capabilities and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.

The FP&A Analyst will support enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis activities, delivering insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational performance.

Success in this role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, translate financial data into actionable recommendations, and effectively coordinate projects across stakeholders in a rapidly evolving environment.

The hiring range for this position is $95,000 to $107,000 annually, exclusive of benefits or bonuses (discretionary and non-discretionary), based on experience and proximity to the Vienna Home Office.

You will
  • Support the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting activities.
  • Prepare and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, growth initiatives, investments, and operational opportunities.
  • Analyze monthly financial results, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop variance analyses and provide meaningful commentary to business leaders.
  • Create executive-level reporting and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with business leaders to monitor performance against goals and identify actionable insights.
  • Support business cases, ROI analyses, and investment evaluations related to growth initiatives.
  • Assist with analyses related to acquisitions, de novo growth, operational efficiency initiatives, and other strategic projects.
  • Translate complex financial data into concise recommendations for leadership.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting to ensure successful execution.
  • Facilitate meetings, drive accountability, and proactively identify project risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Partner across departments to improve financial processes, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiencies.
  • Support implementation of new systems, reporting tools, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and enhance analytical capabilities.
  • Improve existing forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Help establish scalable financial processes that support a rapidly growing organization.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking, or related analytical roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects, timelines, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience presenting financial findings and recommendations to business leaders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred
  • Experience within a private equity-backed organization.
  • Multi-site healthcare, retail, consumer services, or other high-growth industries experience.
  • Experience with financial planning systems such as Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Hyperion, Workday, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification is a plus.
  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant credentials preferred but not required.
