• Technical proficiency to build demos and navigate API documentation independently.
• Strong technical writing skills with a public portfolio showcasing posts, talks, or open-source contributions.
• Ability to measure performance and conduct experiments on content, channels, and conversion rates.
• Existing network within the devtool or AI-agent community is advantageous.
• Experience in early-stage startups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for how developers and developer-tool companies discover Lightsage.
• Build and enhance the brand and community from the ground up.
• Shape the narrative of the company and manage developer relations.
• Grow and manage DevToolArena.com, ensuring it meets community needs.
• Plan and execute events and product launches to engage the developer community.
• Oversee the website and optimize for SEO to improve visibility.
• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts to refine strategies.
