The OpportunityThis position where we will develop and launch a new product within Adobe working within an exciting org that is incubating next-generation ideas. Build the next generation agentic AI platform working with a research scientist, designers, and a venture lead to bring the new product to life.
This role is an outstanding opportunity to operate like a startup founding engineer while having the resources of an innovative, large Technology company. Join us for an opportunity to invent new technologies and power a brand-new product that serves emerging creators.
The ChallengeWe are looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer to build Creator Services from the ground up. Creator Services is building AI-powered audience intelligence: given a content idea and creator context, predict whether it will resonate and surface the insights that help creators make smarter decisions. As Creator Services expands into brand deal discovery, negotiation, storefront management, and affiliate programs, the research agenda grows with it.
A core part of the platform will be agentic AI systems that automate the complex tasks creators face running their businesses. You will build and operate multi-agent pipelines. You will transform model outputs into interactive creator workflows. This will connect Creator Services to creator platforms and data sources that make the intelligence real. Collaborate closely with the Research Lead and Product & UX Lead as a peer collaborator.
Responsibilities- Product Build (Front-to-Back): Build the mobile-first creator app and micro-studio (front-end) and the services behind it (back-end/APIs), turning research and product vision into a live product creators use daily. Stack: React / React Native or Flutter on the front-end; Python and/or Node/TypeScript on the back-end.
- Develop and manage multi-agent pipelines and prediction serving. This includes cost-efficient inference, caching, and graceful degradation when model providers falter. Also, include eval instrumentation to catch regressions in production.
- Model Productionization: Collaborate closely alongside the lead researcher to transform model outputs into responsive, low-latency creator workflows. Support deployment of trainable model components alongside base model APIs (Azure OpenAI) on Colligo (Adobe's ML platform).
- Integrations: Build integrations with external creator platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok via creator-authorized OAuth), Adobe's wider suite of creative tools (Express, Firefly, Adobe Creative Suite, IMS), Semrush, and internal Adobe services.
- Data Pipelines: Build the data pipelines that feed the audience intelligence, insight, and prediction engines - including the outcome-feedback loop that lets the system learn from real creator results.
- Architecture Ownership: Own architecture decisions as an early hire - from framework choices to data models to deployment pipelines
- Observability & Reliability: Contribute to monitoring, observability, and evaluation frameworks that ensure AI-driven features behave reliably and transparently for creators.
What is needed to succeed- 5+ years shipping full-stack products end-to-end (front-end + back-end + APIs) - startup or 01 experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in a modern back-end environment like Python or Node with TypeScript is required. Experience with a contemporary app/front-end stack such as React, React Native, or Flutter is also necessary. Mobile-first experience is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs and agent frameworks; solid grasp of latency, cost, evals, and fallbacks in production - not just prototypes.
- Experience designing and building scalable APIs, backend services, and data pipelines from scratch.
- Comfort with cloud infra (Azure/AWS/GCP) and standing up services in a resource-constrained startup environment.
- Ability to move fast under ambiguity, own outcomes end-to-end, and work effectively in a small, flat team.
- A genuine interest in the creator economy and the tools creators use to build their businesses.
Bonus- Experience with third-party social/platform APIs (YouTube Data API, Instagram Graph API, TikTok for Developers).
- Familiarity with the Adobe ecosystem - Firefly APIs, Adobe IMS, Creative Cloud integrations.
- Experience with recommender or ML-serving systems; Colligo or similar ML infrastructure.
