Founding AE to ride that wave, close high-quality deals, and help shape the future of our go-to-market motion.
What You'll Do- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Lead discovery, tailor demos, handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals with speed and precision.
- Drive Pipeline Growth: Work inbound leads and get scrappy with outbound - email, LinkedIn, creative campaigns, referrals, and whatever else works.
- Navigate Complex Deals: Partner with owners to guide deals across the finish line.
- Build with the Team: Relay insights to product and engineering to influence roadmap, and help improve onboarding and handoff processes.
- Define the Sales Motion: Develop repeatable playbooks, optimize CRM hygiene, forecast revenue, and refine messaging - we're building this from the ground up.
- Champion the Customer: Cultivate long-term relationships that drive retention, upsells, and referrals.
