About this roleWe are looking for a Founding Deployment Strategist with 4+ years of experience to take over deployments from the founders and build the function from scratch at a fast-growing AI startup reimagining performance marketing. You'll be the first dedicated customer-facing hire, working directly with the founding team to become a trusted advisor to high-growth consumer brands on their ad strategy. This is a high-agency, high-impact IC role with a clear path to team leadership as the company scales. You should bring hands-on ads and performance marketing experience, a consulting-caliber ability to communicate with C-suite executives, and the intensity to thrive in a startup environment.
What will you be doing?- Manage customer accounts end-to-end - running weekly calls, building collateral, and presenting performance insights to CMOs, CEOs, and CFOs at client companies
- Serve as a trusted advisor on ad strategy, translating what Polynomic's AI agents have done and why, while feeding customer business context back into the system
- Analyze ad performance data, put together account audits, and deliver compelling narratives that turn complex, in-the-weeds metrics into executive-ready stories
- Step directly into ad accounts to make manual changes and fill gaps when needed - this is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves role
- Help build out the entire deployment function over time, shaping processes, playbooks, and eventually hiring and leading a team
