Capture feature improvements and modification requests as clear, prioritized requirements. Review these with the Cadonix Product and Development teams. Support user acceptance testing on site before new features roll out.
- Cloud Development & Tooling - Develop and maintain scripts, integrations, reports and small tools on AWS that facilitate site operations, following the development team's standards for code review, testing and deployment.
- Blocking Issue & Root Cause Analysis - Bring up defects to the development team with reproducible steps, logs and business impact. Track issues through to resolution, verify fixes on site, and lead root-cause analysis for recurring or high-impact problems.
- Training & Documentation - Train and support operators, supervisors and engineers on the system. Maintain site-specific procedures, runbooks and a knowledge base so common issues are resolved quickly and consistently.
