Key Responsibilities
Design, optimize, and execute multiparameter flow cytometry assays to characterize immune and non-immune cell populations.
Support immunophenotyping of PBMCs, primary cells derived from human biospecimens, and organoid-based models.
Develop and validate antibody panels for cell lineage, activation state, phenotype, and functional readouts.
Perform sample preparation, staining, instrument setup, compensation, quality control, and acquisition on flow cytometers.
Analyze flow cytometry data using appropriate software and statistical methods; generate high-quality figures, summaries, and reports.
Collaborate with scientists within the client team and broader Immunology teams to support experimental design and interpretation.
Maintain rigorous documentation of protocols, experimental conditions, and results in compliance with internal standards.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to sample handling, staining performance, instrument operation, and data quality.
Contribute to method development for emerging sample types, including organoids and scarce human biospecimens.
