JOB SUMMARY
The FLEX Senior Manager, Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining customized reporting solutions that support ongoing and future transformation initiatives. This role leverages existing Power BI semantic models and Microsoft Fabric Lakehouses to deliver accurate, scalable, and business-ready insights across the organization.
CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field or an equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years' experience in data analytics, reporting, metrics/KPI measurement and dashboard creation/maintenance
- Expertise in building reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience in Project Management tools (i.e., Atlassian Jira/Confluence, MS Project)
- Strong expertise working with Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse, Power Query, Data Analysis Expressions, Power Automate and ETL patterns
- Adaptable, efficient, proactive and effective in delivering accurate reports, metrics and analysis
Preferred
- Experience with Python and Structured Query Language
- Solid understanding of data architectures, data models and reporting best practices
- Knowledge in Agile Management metrics and KPI reporting/analysis
- Experience working with Smartsheet data extraction and manipulation
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Design, build, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards using existing semantic models
- Utilize Microsoft Fabric Lakehouses to access, transform, and integrate data for reporting needs
- Apply DAX and Power Query to optimize data models and ensure high-quality analytics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Lead and facilitate reporting design reviews with stakeholders to validate requirements
- Perform continuous improvement of reporting capabilities aligned with transformation projects, identifying and implementing opportunities to standardize and automate
- Assess and implement data governance standards and best practices to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data
- Troubleshoot and resolve data or reporting issues
- Support special projects and perform other reasonable duties as assigned
