Take advantage of this opportunity to support a large standalone program at Lockheed Martin's legendary Skunk Works division. We are seeking a Financial Management Staff (E4) - Cost Integrator to join the Program Finance team. This staff-level position will own the Earned Value Management (EVM) responsibilities for some of the program's most challenging Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). In this role you will:

  • Drive core cost-integration functions - manage the performance measurement baseline, execute forecast updates, process budget change requests, perform re-baselines, and ensure all data in Deltek Cobra is accurate and current.
  • Perform deep-dive variance analysis - investigate cost and schedule variances, pinpoint root causes, and develop creative, data-driven corrective-action plans that keep the program on track.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities within your assigned scope, recommend mitigation strategies, and track the implementation of those actions in partnership with the responsible Control Account Manager (CAM) and IPT Lead.
  • Collaborate and influence - build trusted relationships with CAMs, IPT Leads, engineering, and manufacturing stakeholders to champion EVM best practices, facilitate transparent communication, and align financial decisions with technical realities.
  • Mentor junior integrators - provide guidance, on-the-job training, and constructive feedback to less-experienced Finance Analysts, raising the overall capability of the Program Finance team.
  • Operate autonomously - work with minimal supervision, prioritize competing demands, and deliver high-quality results on schedule, embodying the self-starter mentality essential for success in a fast-paced, high-visibility Skunk Works environment.


This position is open for placement at either Palmdale, CA or Fort Worth, TX.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a closely related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Program Finance, Control Account Management, or comparable role involving Earned Value Management
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance and adhere to classified information handling procedures


Desired Skills

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance or higher
  • Proficiency in Deltek Cobra (e.g. custom reporting, integration, updating project information, etc.)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or other analytic software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with Control Account Managers (CAMs), IPT Leads, engineering, and manufacturing partners; Skilled at influencing without authority
  • Experience identifying cost driven risks, developing mitigation plans, and tracking corrective actions to closure
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent cost-integration activities, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience and/or willingness to train and mentor junior Finance Analysts


Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $100200.00 - $186200.00

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
