Department: Finance

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: US-North Carolina-Raleigh

Compensation: $83,600 - $115,000 / year

Description

Financial Analyst, iTero

This position is ideal for a highly agile, independent finance professional with strong financial acumen to join the NA Commercial FP&A team as a Financial Analyst supporting iTero. Partnering with Commercial leadership across Sales and Markets, you'll provide critical forecasting, modeling, and analysis to influence pricing, promotions, and investment decisions. This role is vital to sustaining forecast accuracy and financial rigor for a fast-scaling, frequently-changing business, and is best suited to someone who thrives operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead US & CAN iTero volume and revenue forecasting (monthly, quarterly, annual), including scenario modeling, risk/opportunity assessment, and executive-level readouts versus actuals.
• Proactively drive financial outcomes by independently analyzing performance, identifying trends and root causes, and recommending actions that directly influence revenue growth, retention, and profitability for iTero Scanner and Services.
• Partner directly with Commercial leadership (Sales and Marketing) to support P&L-impacting activities, including pricing, promotions, programs, and OPEX reporting.
• Evaluate ROI and guide investment decisions across marketing programs, education initiatives, sales force productivity, and retention strategies for both US and Canada markets, exercising independent judgment on prioritization and resource allocation.
• Develop and own complex financial models for strategic initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Champion the use of AI, automation, and advanced analytics to simplify forecasting, reporting, and planning processes, reducing manual effort while improving insight quality and speed.
• Lead enhancements to reporting, planning, and forecasting capabilities, driving cross-functional initiatives to improve scalability, automation, and financial controls.
• Oversee revenue-related close activities, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and strong partnership with Accounting and Global/Corporate FP&A teams.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy and adapt quickly to shifting priorities, organizational changes, and ad hoc requests - escalating only when truly needed rather than waiting for direction.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
• Experience: 4-6 years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or related analytical roles, preferably supporting commercial or revenue-driven organizations.
• Skills: Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; strong analytical judgment with a demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity and complex business problems independently, with minimal supervision.
• Agility: Proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-change environments - able to re-prioritize quickly, stay productive amid ambiguity, and adapt to evolving processes or org structures without losing momentum.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort presenting to leadership and influencing decision-making.
• Teamwork: Collaborative mindset paired with a strong self-starter orientation - comfortable driving work forward independently across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, planning tools (e.g., Host Analytics), and data visualization platforms.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or similar tools strongly preferred.
• Strong documentation and process-design skills.
• Proven experience leveraging automation, AI, or advanced analytics to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision support.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
