Schedule Full-Time. Core hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Minimum 2 days on-site per week, up to 3 days telework, after a mandatory 2-month full-time on-site acclimation period.
Personnel Status Non-Key Personnel Security Must be able to pass a criminal history check and fingerprinting, and be issued a USCP identification/access badge, prior to starting work.

About the RoleThe Financial Analyst provides support for financial management and budget execution within USCP's Office of Information Services, ensuring accurate financial data and compliance with established processes.
What You'll Do - Assist with budget preparation, contract closeout, procurement requests, payments, and reconciliations.
- Track and report on budget status.
- Validate invoices and respond to financial inquiries.
- Work with managers and teams to ensure accurate financial data and compliance with established processes.
What You'll Need - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of federal budget management and execution experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis.
Preferred Qualifications - Federal financial certifications.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Agile and statistical tools such as Tableau.
