Finance Manager - Toyota of Naples

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in automotive finance and insurance management
• Proven track record of exceeding performance benchmarks
• Experience in high-volume dealerships (400+ units/month preferred)
• Strong focus on Customer Service Index (CSI) excellence
• Demonstrated ownership of Contracts in Transit (CIT) processes
• Familiarity with Southeast Toyota operations is a plus
