Key Responsibilities- Secure and finalize all finance and insurance (F&I) transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain clean CIT at all times by ensuring complete, compliant, and properly funded deals.
- Present financing options, aftermarket products, and protection packages with transparency and confidence.
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders, banks, and financial partners.
- Ensure full compliance with state/federal regulations, dealership policies, and lender guidelines.
- Collaborate with Sales and Management to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Monitor deal flow, funding timelines, and contract integrity.
- Drive high PVR performance while maintaining ethical, customer-first standards.
Requirements- Minimum 5+ years of Automotive Finance Manager experience (mandatory).
- Proven track record of running clean CIT and maintaining exceptional funding timelines.
- Strong understanding of financing structures, lender programs, and compliance requirements.
- High-level professionalism, communication skills, and customer service background.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
- CDK/Darwin/RouteOne experience a must
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
