We're looking for a Finance Consultant to support our clients through financial analysis, planning, and advisory work that drives clarity, confidence, and smart decision-making.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, client collaboration, and helping organizations improve how they understand and use their financial information.
What You'll Do
As a Finance Consultant, you'll work closely with client leadership teams to assess financial processes, analyze performance, and provide actionable recommendations. You'll support a range of engagements, from budgeting and forecasting to process improvement and financial strategy, while collaborating internally to deliver high-quality consulting services.
Responsibilities
Client Financial Advisory
- Partner with clients to understand financial goals, challenges, and priorities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for client leadership
Planning, Analysis & Process Improvement
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts
- Assist with financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Evaluate financial processes and recommend improvements to support accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
Engagement & Collaboration
- Contribute to client engagements by preparing reports, analyses, and client-ready materials
- Communicate effectively with client stakeholders and internal team members
- Support consistent service delivery across multiple clients or projects
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to shared tools, templates, and best practices for finance consulting services
- Stay current on financial trends and best practices relevant to our clients
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
- 3-6 years of experience in finance, accounting, consulting, or a related role
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or advisory work preferred
- Experience in school district finance preferred
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting concepts
- Experience working with clients or stakeholders preferred
- Must successfully complete a background and reference check

- Pay Range: $90,000-$110,000 depending on experience
