As a
Finance Business Partner you'll be responsible for co-managing the business, supporting our Connected Buildings and Connected Segments.
- Partner with Businesss Leaders including Product Management and Marketing leaders to drive growth and profitability.
- Conduct financial analysis on sales, pricing, margins, and business performance.
- Support financial evaluation of new product launches and capital investment decisions.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
- Build data-driven insights and recommendations using Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting tools.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, data analytics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Accounting.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze revenue, profitability, and business performance drivers.
- Proven ability to influence business decisions through financial analysis and partnership with cross-functional leaders.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience supporting forecasting, planning, and business decision-making.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.Salary & Benefits
Salary: $125,450 -$167,260 (based on experience level)
Bonus: target bonus opportunity 15%
