Build a broad foundation in finance and accounting through hands-on rotations across critical business functions. Over four six-month assignments in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Finance AI & BI, Pricing & Estimating, and Accounting, you'll partner directly with business teams, build real analytical and technical skills, and gain the perspective needed to identify where you want to grow long-term.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support planning and leadership reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards, automated reports, and data tools to surface performance insights
- Analyze cost drivers, labor rates, and inputs to support bids and proposals
- Support account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close procedures
- Collaborate across departments to gather and validate data that informs decision-making
- Deliver clear, well-organized presentations to mentors and leadership across each assignment
Qualifications:- Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong Excel proficiency and foundational coursework in finance and/or accounting
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt across different functional areas
Desired:- Exposure to financial modeling, SQL, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), Python, or ERP/accounting software through coursework or projects
- Leadership experience in a student organization, internship, or professional setting
- Interest in the aerospace or private space industry
Base Pay Range for:
WA applicants is $69,711.00 - $97,595.40
