About The Role and What we Look For

The Field Service Engineer (FSE) delivers exceptional customer support by performing on-site installations and managing all aspects of system diagnostics, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs for complex equipment and systems. The FSE ensures operational quality by inspecting and approving system performance.

This role also trains customers on system operation and maintenance while acting as the primary liaison between the company and the customer for both technical and administrative matters related to assigned projects.

The FSE interprets customer needs and determines whether issue resolution should involve sales personnel, customer support representatives, or engineers. Responsibilities may encompass all facets of field support, including but not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking.

To qualify for this position, candidates must be able to furnish proof that they are authorized to work in the country they are applying on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
