Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field and 7 years of relevant construction experience required.
• Experience managing union construction operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management software is preferred.
• Strong written, verbal communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to manage large workloads and multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in construction project sites or program management in various industries is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage staffing programs for site supervision.
• Oversee and manage field construction supervisory positions.
• Conduct audits on project safety, quality, and financials.
• Ensure labor availability and utilization during all project stages.
• Coordinate training and development of supervisory roles.
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in jobsite efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Provide performance feedback and conduct evaluations for the department staff.
