PRACTICE DETAILSYou will step into a fully established outpatient panel with 50 years of patient relationships behind it. No building from scratch, no startup friction. The practice is relationship-centered and independent, with physician autonomy backed by strong administrative support.
- Panel: 100% established, outpatient only
- Schedule: 4-day workweek, 18 patients per day
- Call: Shared only, no hospital call requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- MD or DO
- Board certified in Family Medicine
