We are seeking a Facilities Process Engineer for assignment in Santa Clara, California. The selected candidate will collaborate with on-site personnel to support projects of varying size and complexity including assessment of systems, consulting system owners and analyzing scope requests from stakeholders.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

This position requires an Engineer-in-Training Certification (EIT) at minimum
Responsibilities
- Design and layout for wet and dry piping, equipment layout, HVAC, exhaust, fire suppression, process chemical piping and gasses for extensive tools
- Engineering calculations, equipment and component sizing, selection and specification
- Support during construction and integration into the factory
- Work directly with other design staff, client equipment owners, stake holders and equipment manufacturers to build utility requirement documents to allow the development of installation design packages
- Assist with RFI and submittal services on-site during the construction phase
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- 3+ years of mechanical facilities engineering experience; including HVAC, hydronics, process piping, exhaust, plumbing and related mechanical facilities systems
- An Engineer-in-Training Certification (EIT) at minimum
