Responsibilities include:
• Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program that is cost effective.
• Develop and maintain a chemical program that is cost effective and conforms to federal, state, and local guidelines/certifications.
• Be constantly alert for newer methods, techniques, equipment, and materials that will improve the overall operation.
• Establish a specified training program for all Team Members that develops them to meet department standards, as well as developing them to their fullest potential.
• Communicate with outside contractors regarding maintenance issues/projects.
• Coordinate and supervise any construction projects.
• Develop reviews and refine all Standard Operating Procedures with each respective Supervisor for their areas of responsibility.
• Develop budgets whereby standards of productivity and quality can be maintained which conform to upper management expectations.
• Consistently maintain and monitor proper Team Member policies that are being followed in the department and communicate any changes that occur.
• Communicate effectively with all departments and Team Members
• Conduct performance reviews of Team Members on a timely basis.

• 5 years facilities maintenance experience
• 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or a related field
• Journeyman's or Stationary Engineer's license or trade school certification, EPA certification, industry designation as a CMM, CPMM, SMA, FMP AND CPO or similar certification preferred.
• Strong problem solving, mediation, coaching, and consulting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and finished trades, etc.
• Fully competent in Microsoft Office
• Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with Team Member relations issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with Team Members at all levels of the organization.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
STARTING SALARY
$100,000 to $115,000 annually, based on experience
