Job Overview & Responsibilities

As a Facilities Operations Specialist 3, this individual coordinates facility team activities to support a Corporate Campus consisting of multiple leased office buildings, engineering labs, and warehouse spaces. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Planning and oversight of tenant building and critical systems maintenance
  • Coordination of requirements gathering, budget approvals, vendor sourcing, and project management for facility improvement or repair projects
  • Oversight of maintenance vendors and on-site food/refreshments & catering services
  • Space management, occupancy planning, metrics reporting, office moves, and hybrid desk reservation system
  • Engages with Executive Leadership to support corporate initiatives and special events
  • Coordination of internal facility communications and liaison to landlord
  • Collaborates with Security, Information Technology, Quality, Safety, and Engineering teams to maintain compliance with technical standards and support audits
  • Supports vendor contract management and facilities budget execution
  • Provides research on industry trends and identifies improvements to enhance employee experience or operational efficiency

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Background in facilities, office space and/or property management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Budgeting / Microsoft Office tools experience
  • Teaming and collaboration skills
  • Team tasking and planning skills with the ability to work with outside vendors
  • Project Management experience
  • Schedule flexibility to respond to urgent facility matters as needed


Preferred Qualifications

  • Corporate Office Property Management or Facilities Engineering background
  • Experience with commercial leases and vendor contracts
  • Familiarity with BAS, HVAC, or Backup Power Systems
  • Familiarity with CAD / Space Occupancy Planning Tools


Summary Salary Range (for ULA - Denveronly): $75,140.00 - $125,233.00

Additionally, most salaried ULA team members work a "9/80 schedule," meaning they enjoy every other Friday off.
