The Opportunity

Help organizations successfully navigate transformation by connecting people, process, and project delivery.

As a Change Management Specialist/ Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in helping clients adapt, adopt, and thrive through workplace modernization initiatives, office relocations, hybrid work programs, organizational change, and business transformation projects. Working within our Project Management, Cost and Advisory team, you'll blend strategic consulting expertise with hands-on project delivery, helping clients move confidently from change planning through implementation and adoption.

Approximately 75% of your time will focus on change management leadership, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, adoption, and advisory services, while 25% will support project management and workplace project delivery. This balance provides the opportunity to influence organizational outcomes while contributing directly to successful project execution.
Your Impact
  • Lead change management programs that support workplace modernization, relocations, hybrid work models, and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with executives, leaders, employees, and stakeholders to drive engagement, readiness, adoption, and long-term change sustainability.
  • Develop and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, training programs, and adoption frameworks.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, focus groups, and leadership sessions that align stakeholders and build organizational readiness.
  • Identify risks, resistance points, and operational impacts, implementing mitigation strategies that improve project outcomes.
  • Contribute to business growth by developing proposals, scopes of work, methodologies, and client-facing presentations.
  • Support workplace project delivery, including relocations, site activations, restacks, workplace services, and operational readiness initiatives.
  • Measure adoption success and recommend continuous improvements that help clients realize the full value of transformation investments.
The Skills That Set You Apart
  • Experience leading change management initiatives within workplace, organizational, business, or digital transformation environments.
  • Demonstrated project management experience delivering medium- to high-complexity projects and programs.
  • Expertise developing change strategies, impact assessments, readiness assessments, communications plans, training programs, and adoption frameworks.
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience leading stakeholder interviews, workshops, focus groups, and leadership sessions.
  • Ability to develop client-ready proposals, project approaches, methodologies, scopes of work, budgets, and presentations.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, employees, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Change Management certification such as Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent is considered an asset.
  • PMP designation, workplace strategy, corporate real estate, facilities management, organizational development, consulting, or employee experience expertise is considered an asset.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout Canada as required.
Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $81,100 - $107,700
