We are seeking experienced, motivated technicians who take pride in delivering quality work and want to maximize their earning potential.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive Pay: $30 to $50 per hour flat rate, depending on experience.Earning Potential of $120,000 to $210,000+ annually for experienced technicians based on productivity, certifications, and performance.

Qualifications- Previous automotive repair experience required
- Stellantis Certified Technician strongly preferred
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
