The Role
As an Executive in Training, you'll work directly with Victory leadership to build the capabilities required to lead a major function of the business and ultimately run a market. You'll bring your existing leadership strengths to your designated department while gaining a broader understanding of how Sales, Installation Operations, training, and customer experience work together to drive growth, profitability, quality, and team performance.
This is a hands-on proving ground. You'll lead people, solve real business challenges, make decisions, own measurable outcomes, and learn to see the business beyond your current function. You'll be challenged, coached, and expected to turn feedback into action.
Advancement is earned through performance, leadership readiness, and business opportunity-not simply time served. The anticipated development period is approximately 6-18 months, depending on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop people: Build strong teams, set clear expectations, coach performance, and create the next generation of leaders.
• Drive business results: Own measurable goals and learn to manage the indicators that move revenue, productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Master the Victory operating model: Build a working command of our business, systems, processes, and end-to-end customer experience.
• Build for scale: Learn to recruit, onboard, train, develop, and retain high-performing teams as Victory expands into new markets.
• Make data-driven decisions: Use reporting and performance metrics to spot opportunities, solve problems, and continuously improve results.
• Operate with ownership: Take responsibility for outcomes, address challenges directly, and follow through when it matters.
• Lead across functions: Partner with Sales, SDR/canvassing, Installation Operations, training, and executive leadership to deliver market-wide results.
• Prepare to run a market: Develop the leadership, financial, operational, and people-management capabilities to lead an established market or help build a new one.
