What you'd be doing - Owning a meaningful surface of Motion's product end-to-end and setting the quality bar by shipping it yourself.
- Using AI tooling to operate with the leverage of a whole team and helping shape how AI is used across the engineering organization.
- Raising the craft and velocity of the engineering team by example, not by managing it.
