The
Executive Director of IS Clinical Operations and Transformation is responsible for:

- Collaborates closely with physicians, nursing leadership, operational leaders, and multidisciplinary teams; implements evidence-based practices, optimizes workflows, and ensures organizational strategic priorities alignment, safety, quality, value-based care, population health, and overall systemness.
- Oversees complex, multi-site transformation programs; leverages data analytics, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies to achieve measurable, sustainable results.
- Champions a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation; ensures transformation efforts support the health system's mission to deliver high-quality, equitable, patient-centered care.
- Ensures efficient resources usage. Performs miscellaneous duties.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLYEducation:- Required: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, nursing, informatics, or a related healthcare field.
- Note: Human Resources (HR) may accept directly related professional experience on a 1-year: 1-year basis. Experience credited in lieu of education will not be applied to the minimum experience requirement below and vice versa (i.e., the same experience will not be counted twice).
Experience: - Required: Ten (10) years of healthcare IT experience (including strategic leadership, nursing, informatics, and enterprise application development and management)
