Executive Director of IS Operations and Technology, you will play a pivotal role in the operational integrity, reliability, and continuous improvement of the health system's technology infrastructure and IS services. Serves as a key partner to clinical and business leaders; balances day-to-day operational excellence with strategic infrastructure planning to support a safe, efficient, and patient-centered care environment.

The
Executive Director of IS Operations and Technology is responsible for:

- Oversees all "Keep the Lights On" (KTLO)/"Run the Business" (RTB) activities; ensures clinical, administrative, and operational information systems remain available, secure, and performant 24 hours/day, 7days/week ("24/7").
- Collaborates with the security team to mitigate cybersecurity threats.
- Leads and develops a team of IS managers, engineers, and support staff members.
- Performs miscellaneous duties.
Reports to:- Chief Information Officer/VP
Supervises:- Director/IT Infrastructure Services
- Director/IT Planning and Quality
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLYEducation:- Required: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related healthcare field;
- Preffered: Master's degree.
Experience: - Minimum of ten (10) years of healthcare IT and operations experience (including five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience).
