Position Summary
The Executive Assistant is responsible for a variety of complex executive responsibilities for the Vice President of the Business Unit and other key staff members of the leadership team. This position requires communication with high-level internal and external contacts, exposure to and management of sensitive information, and a high level of tact, diplomacy, initiative, planning ability, anticipation, discretion and sound judgment. This position frequently functions as an extension of the Vice President and presents "the face of the Business Unit" to ADI C-Suite leadership, customers and employees; therefore, the candidate must have strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate possesses solid business acumen, is able to connect multiple inputs and separate pieces of information into a cohesive picture and execute a set of actions in a timely and appropriate manner.
Principal Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant performs a wide array of administrative and project-related duties for the Business Unit VP, including but not limited to the following:
- Handles, interprets, organizes, and prepares information and correspondence coming in/going out on email, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Sharepoint sites. Screens incoming information and responds in a timely fashion, escalating to VP attention when appropriate.
- Manages a very dynamic calendar for the VP and for the Business Unit, in close coordination with ADI company meeting and communications cadences. Heavy travel planning, meeting scheduling, and periodic event coordination with internal and external participants from US, Europe and Asia.
- Serves as a liaison between the VP, Senior VP, and others as requested, following up with VP, Staff and other stakeholders on projects and deliverables, and prioritizing follow-ups and action items accordingly.
- Analyze and present company-reported data in partnership with HR, Finance, and other supporting departments.
- Contribute to the curation of social media and web presence for VP and Business Unit.
- Maintains Resource Directories, Sharepoint and OneDrive sites, organizational charts, and other reporting systems as required.
- Perform other duties, projects or special assignments as required. Light travel will be required for this role (10%).
Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience can be considered.
- Minimum 5 (five) years of Executive Assistant support of VP+ level in a public enterprise organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on grammar and syntax.
- Experience working with international stakeholders and managing communications with a globally distributed team.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office 365 applications, and demonstrated proficiency with current enterprise technologies, such as multiple device management, online collaboration tools and AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude Cowork,
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Experience interacting with international executives and corporate entities outside of the U.S.
- Significant and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows, as well as to multi-task in a highly dynamic business environment.
Competencies and Skills - Exhibits a commanding executive presence and can represent the Business Unit competently on behalf of the VP.
- Demonstrates sound business acumen and judgment, including the ability to make prudent decisions and advance initiatives.
- Is able to build an internal network of resources over time, and take initiative to build knowledge, find solutions and execute action plans.
- Possesses a high degree of discretion and savvy regarding highly sensitive or urgent business issues and can be trusted with confidential information.
Special Challenges This position calls for a candidate with high situational adaptability who can pivot quickly and maintain composure in an environment of rapid change. The successful candidate will be able to anticipate challenges and proactively manage them, and will be proactive and independent in solving problems and finding ways to improve and expand the role.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $86,400 to $118,800.
- Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
- This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
