Location and Work Environment:
  • Location: Midtown, New York City.
  • This is an on-site position, 5 days a week.

A Day in the Life:
  • Begin the day by reviewing the CEO's schedule, preparing briefing notes, and ensuring all materials are ready for meetings.
  • Manage last-minute calendar changes or emergencies with ease and professionalism.
  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CEO to investors, partners, and internal teams, ensuring clarity..
