About the jobIn this role, you'll lead experiential strategy, event production, and other initiatives across our national and local energy and infrastructure campaign. You'll be responsible for bringing our infrastructure story to life through high-impact physical activations, from groundbreaking announcements, to facility community days, to major national policy summits and state fairs.
You'll own the Energy and Infrastructure Event Strategy, including building "Event-in-a-Box" resources for national- and community-level engagements. In close partnership with regional leads, communications, and infrastructure experts, you will build interactive demos and staging. You will be an organized producer and strategic communicator who advocate vendor negotiation, cross-functional stakeholder management, and translating complex energy topics into compelling public experiences.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities - Refresh and scale the central Energy Event Strategy, introducing clear tiering criteria, prioritization workflows, and standardized brand guidelines for local and national activations.
- Develop modular event kits (branding, staging, demo guides, media kits, and collateral) that regional community managers and PAMs can deploy for new site announcements and groundbreakings.
- Own production, vendor management, budget, booth design, and on-site logistics for flagship energy and infrastructure moments and roadshows.
- Partner with technical teams to build, maintain, and deploy interactive physical and digital demos that highlight sustainability energy investments, and community benefits.
- Partner closely with site operations teams, Global Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP), and Communications, while directly managing event production and staging agencies.
