Job Description

The Role:

Harris Williams is seeking an Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Specialist to support the implementation, administration, and ongoing development of our Oracle EPM applications. This role is primarily responsible for Oracle EPM modules - including consolidation, reconciliation, enterprise data management, budgeting, and forecasting - while also working closely with Oracle ERP financial data and the integrations between our Oracle ERP and EPM systems.

The Specialist will partner with our Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and IT teams to support financial consolidation, account reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes across the firm. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Oracle EPM / Hyperion applications and a solid understanding of Oracle ERP financial data and general ledger processes.

Why This Role is Unique

This role spans the full Oracle EPM landscape - FCCS, ARCS, and EDMC - and connects it to the Oracle ERP general ledger, rather than focusing on a single module or application.

The Specialist supports financial consolidation, account reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes that operate across the firm, working closely with the Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and IT teams.

The position combines the administration and ongoing development of Oracle EPM applications with direct involvement in the firm's consolidation, close, planning, and reporting processes, including account reconciliation automation and continuous process improvement.

Core Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation, administration, and ongoing development of Oracle EPM applications.
• Support and maintain core Oracle EPM modules, including:
• FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close)
• ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service)
• EDMC (Enterprise Data Management Cloud)
• Develop and maintain consolidation, reconciliation, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Support financial consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and close processes.
• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models.
• Work with Fusion Essbase cubes and EPM data models.
• Develop and maintain reports using Smart View and Financial Reporting Studio.
• Support data loads and integrations from Oracle ERP into Oracle EPM.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to support financial reporting and planning processes.
• Support reconciliation processes and account reconciliation automation.
• Assist with allocation rules, financial calculations, and consolidation rules.
• Maintain metadata, hierarchies, and master data within EPM applications.
• Document EPM processes, business rules, and system configurations.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and implementation activities related to Oracle EPM applications.
