Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience preferred, not required
• Reliable vehicle with insurance coverage required
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and resilient attitude needed
• Smartphone required for apps and photo documentation
• Previous door-to-door canvassing experience is a benefit
• CRM data entry experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license for all states
• Must be 21 years or older due to insurance requirements

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities through various strategies
• Manage and maximize sales performance within assigned territories
• Perform exterior property inspections to identify damage and potential claims
• Convert inspections into claims by signing contingency agreements
• Explain project scope, color selections, and secure contracts
• Meet insurance adjusters on-site to showcase property damage
• Collect client payments and manage deductibles
• Generate referrals and build trust with homeowners
• Educate homeowners about products and company procedures
• Track sales activities using company CRM
• Maintain communication with clients and corporate staff
• Attend weekly sales meetings and adhere to company sales processes
