Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred but not necessary
• Reliable vehicle with valid insurance
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and resilient
• Smartphone for app use and photography
• Experience in door-to-door canvassing preferred, not required
• CRM data entry experience is beneficial
• Valid driver's license; must be 21 or older for insurance purposes

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close sales opportunities through various methods
• Maximize sales within assigned territories
• Conduct exterior property inspections to identify storm damage
• File insurance claims and sign contingency agreements based on inspections
• Explain contract details, including scope of work and material choices
• Meet insurance adjusters on-site to showcase damage assessments
• Collect payments, including deductibles, from clients
• Generate client referrals
• Build rapport and trust with homeowners while providing excellent service
• Educate homeowners on products and company processes
• Track sales activities in the company's CRM system
• Maintain communication with clients and internal teams
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and adhere to sales processes
