How You'll Make an Impact

As an Enterprise ServiceNow Governance & Platform Owner, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving the governance, strategic evolution, and operational excellence of the ServiceNow platform across a multi-company, domain-separated environment. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to enable sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will:

  • Own and maintain the ServiceNow platform roadmap, capability plan, and governed backlog to support business priorities and scalable platform growth.

  • Establish platform governance routines, decision rights, intake standards, design controls, and architectural guardrails that promote global standardization.

  • Govern domain separation standards, configuration decisions, access models, data separation requirements, and delegated administration practices.

  • Lead platform release planning, upgrade readiness, regression testing coordination, and production change governance.

  • Monitor platform health, reporting, data quality, integration reliability, and operational performance while driving continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate and oversee consulting partners, implementation partners, and managed service providers to ensure high-quality, standards-based delivery.


Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

  • 8+ years of information technology experience with progressive responsibility in ServiceNow administration, product ownership, solution architecture, platform management, or platform leadership roles.

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, including Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB)/Common Service Data Model (CSDM), reporting, and integrations.

  • Experience establishing platform governance, operating models, demand management processes, and architectural standards that support sustainable platform growth.

  • Proven ability to develop and manage platform roadmaps, backlogs, stakeholder priorities, technical risk, and partner-delivered initiatives.

  • Experience defining and enforcing platform standards, governance controls, and decision-making frameworks.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills across technical, operational, business, and executive audiences.

  • Experience leading consulting partners, managed service providers, and outsourced delivery teams.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and one or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.


Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward

  • Experience with ServiceNow Domain Separation, multi-instance strategies, or multi-company enterprise environments.

  • Experience implementing ServiceNow governance frameworks, including standards management, design review, demand intake, release governance, and change controls.


  • Experience supporting enterprise platform transformations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or company onboarding initiatives.

  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, product ownership, release management, or platform governance functions.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow capabilities such as Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM), Employee Center, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Security Operations (SecOps), or other enterprise workflows.

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ITIL 4 Foundation or higher, Agile, Scrum Product Owner, or SAFe certifications.
