Who You’ll Work With

The Information Technology organization is the technological foundation of our business and works in collaboration with our partners from across the company. The team drives technology and digital transformation, partners with business leaders to design and execute new strategies through IT and operations services and ensures the necessary IT risk management and security measures are in place and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and principles. 

About The Role

The Enterprise Resiliency organization of Corebridge Financial is responsible for preparing our businesses for disruptions to our personnel, technology, facilities, and third-party partners. Our team collaborates with Corebridge business units and corporate functions, as well as security and technology partners to plan, respond and recover from disruptions with the goal of restoring business operations while reducing business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Work with C Suite Leaders and their teams to deliver strategic projects to improve and manage our resiliency posture
  • Manage a team (training and development, quality review, etc.) to deliver resiliency strategies and plan documents related to our business continuity, technology and third party resiliency, and incident management disciplines
  • Facilitate resiliency exercises to validate solutions and plans to confirm readiness, identify gaps, and document proposed solutions
  • Work with partners across the company to ensure compliance with Enterprise Resiliency policies and standards and fulfillment of our regulatory and compliance obligations
  • Participate in audits and regulatory reviews as required

Skills and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of related experience in Project Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Incident Management 
  • 2+ years of people management experience encompassing multiple performance review cycle
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with industry-recognized Professional Certification such as CBCP and PMP
  • Experience leading and implementing projects and working with cross-functional teams 
  • Working knowledge of technologies relevant to responsibilities, with a strong understanding of driving analytics and reporting. Experience using business continuity and incident management tools (e.g., Archer and Everbridge)
  • Understanding of how Cloud/CoLo/SaaS technical environments support critical business processes 
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate events during an incident (e.g., lead Incident Management Team) 
  • Available for occasional work during off hours and willing to travel out of town as necessary 

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $145,000 to $180,000 at the commencement of employment for the Jersey City, NJ area.  Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.

In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Work Location

This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Jersey City, NJ, or Houston, TX office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
