Role Overview:We are looking for an Enterprise Presales Consultant with strong telecom domain knowledge to support enterprise sales engagements for CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) and Network API / Network-as-a-Service offerings. The role bridges sales, product, and engineering, translating enterprise business needs into technically sound and commercially viable solutions. The candidate will play a key role across the end-to-end presales cycle, from customer discovery to solution design, BoQ preparation, and deal closure support.
Key Responsibilities:Presales & Solutioning- Own and drive the end-to-end presales cycle for enterprise customers across CPaaS and Network API offerings
- Engage with enterprise customers to understand business requirements, use cases, and technical expectations
- Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with customer needs, product capabilities, and network constraints
- Position CPaaS capabilities such as SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, OTP, and APIs for enterprise digital transformation use cases
- Articulate the value of Network APIs (e.g., identity, location, QoS, authentication, charging) to enterprise and partner ecosystems
Customer Interaction & Stakeholder Management• Act as a technical and solution advisor during customer meetings, workshops, demos, and RFP discussions
• Build strong enterprise customer relationships and maintain effective working connections with CXOs, IT heads, and digital teams
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment
Commercials & BoQ• Prepare detailed BoQs (Bill of Quantity), solution pricing inputs, and technical commercials for enterprise proposals
• Assist in proposal responses, including technical sections of RFPs/RFIs
Product & Market Feedback• Provide structured feedback from enterprise engagements to product teams for feature enhancements and roadmap inputs
• Track market trends, enterprise requirements, and competitor offerings in CPaaS and Network API domains
Required Skills & Experience:Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Telecom / IT / Computer Science) or equivalent
• MBA or business exposure is a plus
• Experience working with Tier-1 operators, CPaaS providers, or enterprise digital platforms is preferred
Domain & Technical• 8+ years of experience in enterprise presales/solution consulting within the telecom or digital communications domain
• Strong understanding of CPaaS platforms, APIs, messaging, voice, WhatsApp Business, OTP, and enterprise communication workflows
• Working knowledge of telecom networks, APIs, cloud deployments, and enterprise IT integration models
• Familiarity with Network APIs / NaaS concepts is highly desirable
Presales & Commercial• Proven experience handling enterprise presales cycles, from discovery to deal support
• Hands-on experience in BoQ preparation, solution costing, and proposal support
• Strong exposure to customer interactions, requirement workshops, demos, and solution walkthroughs
Soft Skills• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions in simple business terms
• Strong enterprise connect and relationship-building capability
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple opportunities in parallel
• High ownership mindset with attention to detail and execution discipline
