About the Role

Recruiting, Talent and Learning Enterprise Applications Analyst will be responsible for supporting the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of Workday’s Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions internally at the company. This role will provide Workday product and implementation expertise to business partners and work closely with internal customers to understand business requirements, help configure and test the Workday solution, and provide day-to-day systems support.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT implementation, software consulting, or customer support experience

  • 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Workday Recruiting, Talent and Learning products.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in project management or project planning.

Other Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

  • Excels in a collaborative environment, building relationships across teams to meet program goals.

  • Experience working with agile/scrum methodologies.

  • Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a "high rate of change."

  • Open to 50% reporting to Pleasanton office.


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
