Enterprise Regional Delivery

Position Overview

The Enterprise Accounts - Regional Delivery Leader (West) is a strategic leadership role within JLL's Enterprise Portfolio Solutions team, responsible for operational excellence, client satisfaction across Transaction Management (TM) operations, and driving revenue growth. This position oversees regional TM delivery for enterprise clients, manages a team of Transaction Managers, and ensures best-in-class service delivery while maintaining financial accountability and fostering innovation through technology integration and global delivery optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure superior, consistent delivery of TM products across all assigned enterprise accounts, driving continuous improvement in processes and methodologies for multi-location portfolios.


  • Establish and communicate a comprehensive account strategy, translating organizational objectives into actionable plans with clear short- and long-term goals that drive measurable business outcomes and strengthen JLL's position as a trusted, competitive enterprise partner.


  • Establish a consistent client governance cadence, including regular business reviews and account team touchpoints to ensure JLL delivers on established KPIs.


  • Drive revenue growth and profitability by developing and executing strategies that exceed financial targets for TM operations within the Enterprise Portfolio Solutions business.


  • Ensure financial plans align with regional and enterprise account objectives by overseeing financial operations - including reporting, forecasting, and profitability analysis against original projections.


  • Promote adherence to all JLL policies, financial controls, and compliance standards across regional TM operations, ensuring accurate, audit-ready reporting and timely escalation of risk.


  • Recruit, lead, develop, and manage a team of Transaction Managers reporting through the organization.


  • Oversee TM tiering, resource allocation, and staffing/reporting lines across the region matching support to account complexity and volume.


  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on client service excellence and professional development.


  • Ensure all employees have actionable career development plans aligned with organizational goals.


  • Expand TM service offerings within existing enterprise accounts. Build, maintain, and grow strategic client relationships that drive long-term value across the enterprise portfolio.


  • Successfully partner with stakeholders across the Enterprise Portfolio Solutions platform and broader organization in a complex matrixed environment.


  • Align closely with brokers within the region to ensure delivery operations reinforce brokerage relationships and revenue goals.


  • Serve as a regional subject-matter expert supporting the Enterprise Portfolio Solutions sales organization in the pursuit process, contributing account insights and delivery credibility to new business proposals.


  • Partner with the Technology team to select, integrate, and optimize technology solutions within TM operations to streamline workflows, strengthen service delivery capabilities, and create competitive differentiation for complex enterprise requirements.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field


  • 10-12 years of proven track record in transaction management, corporate real estate, or related field with progressive leadership responsibility, preferably within enterprise or corporate account environments


  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and managing P&L accountability for complex service delivery operations


  • Strong business development and client relationship management experience with enterprise-level clients


  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a multi-account, matrixed organization


  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis


  • Excellent strategic thinking and execution capabilities


  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in matrixed organizations serving enterprise clients


  • Willingness to travel within the region (25-40%) to support client relationships, team development, and account governance


  • High ethical standards and a collaborative, team-oriented leadership style


Preferred:

  • MBA or Master's degree


  • Background in technology implementation and process optimization for large-scale operations


  • Deep knowledge of corporate real estate transaction management operations and enterprise client needs


  • Experience within JLL's Enterprise Portfolio Solutions or similar corporate account management environment

Estimated compensation for this position:

200,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
