Full Job Description
The Enterprise Account Manager will be an exceptional communicator and relationship builder while also having strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in tools of the trade such as Excel. We need a determined solution-finder who is able to find win-win's and is not deterred in the face of challenges.

The compensation for this position is $100,000-$150,000, plus performance bonuses.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain high-touch relationships with 20-40 key insurance carrier accounts
  • Be fluent in all account KPIs and other relevant business and relationship details
  • Maximize each account through thorough preparation and focus on performance and opportunities
  • Create win-win scenarios that meet account goals and Company objectives
  • Turn difficult conversations into account wins
  • Manage a regular status call cadence with each account
  • Has, or will commit to gaining, a strong understanding of the insurance business
  • Use and train accounts on the technology platforms underpinning our customer acquisition products
  • Keep a pulse on the insurance customer acquisition competitive landscape


What We're Looking For
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Background managing accounts in a performance marketing environment
  • At least 2 year's experience in account management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Consistent and detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical skills
