Full Job Description
About the Role

The Enterprise Account Manager is the steady hand that keeps mid-level enterprise sellers thriving after they've been onboarded, acting as a trusted advisor. This role owns the day-to-day health of a portfolio of accounts - surfacing risks before they escalate, spotting growth opportunities, and turning account data into clear action. Reporting into the Enterprise GM, this person will help shape how Poshmark manages and scales its enterprise seller relationships over time. It's a strong fit for someone who wants ownership over a book of business and enjoys building structure in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

Account Management
  • Own the ongoing relationship for a portfolio of mid-level enterprise accounts, providing consistent, straightforward support
  • Serve as the seller's primary point of contact for day-to-day questions, requests, and issue resolution
  • Proactively check in with accounts to identify opportunities for growth or areas of concern

Account Reporting
  • Run and standardize recurring performance reporting across mid-level accounts
  • Identify trends and patterns across the account portfolio to inform broader Enterprise strategy
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise team to flag accounts that need additional attention or escalation

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with the Technical Onboarding team to ensure a seamless handoff from onboarding to steady-state account management
  • Escalate recurring technical or integration issues to the appropriate team
  • Share seller feedback and platform gaps with cross-functional partners to help prioritize future improvements
6-Month Accomplishments
  • Full ownership of a portfolio of 20+ mid-level enterprise accounts
  • Build standardized tools and processes that can be leveraged across account portfolio
  • Establish a clear risk-flagging process with the Enterprise GM for at-risk accounts
12-Month Accomplishments
  • Measurable GMV growth across the managed portfolio
  • Establish portfolio-wide trend reporting to inform Enterprise account strategy
  • Recognized by sellers and cross-functional partners (Onboarding, Support, Product, Marketing) as a reliable, proactive point of contact
What You'll Bring
  • 5-7 years of experience managing a portfolio of client or seller accounts, balancing responsiveness with efficiency across multiple relationships at once
  • Strong listening and relationship-building skills, with a deep understanding of seller needs and the ability to translate that into practical guidance
  • Comfort building and standardizing recurring reports, and translating account-level data into clear, actionable insights
  • Proactive, clear communication skills that build trust and confidence in day-to-day interactions
  • Experience working across onboarding, support, product, and marketing teams to resolve issues and share feedback
  • Strong prioritization skills to manage a high-volume portfolio without letting details fall through the cracks
  • Experience buying and selling on Poshmark is a plus
