Deploying to Lubliniec, Poland.

Primary Function

The Engineering Services Supervisor plans, controls, monitors, and executes Facilities Operations, Maintenance, and Repair within the program life cycle and supports the Mission Support Director to ensure satisfactory completion of project objectives.

Scope includes Power, Building Facility and Infrastructure, Roads and Grounds, Equipment Supply, Water and Wastewater, and Minor New Works services. The Engineering Services Supervisor oversees a variety of technical staff and subcontractor staff and functions, including but not limited to electrical engineers, civil engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical, structures department, HVAC department, plumbing department, water and sewer department, and power generation.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Implement policies, practices, and revisions to existing policies and practices as required to meet company and contract requirements.
  • Manage the execution of Operations, Maintenance and Repair, and Construction projects to ensure the fulfillment of the contract obligation to include cost and quality.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to staff and subcontractors supporting all service
  • Develop and provide SOPs and SOP performance guidance.
  • With the project manager, and finance, track, coordinate, and monitor all PCOLs.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing quality, on-time performance, and the best return on investment.
  • Provide management guidance and control for efficiently utilizing human resources assignment, performance, morale, and overall welfare.
  • Identify required infrastructure work, including refurbishment, water distribution, water and wastewater systems, electrical distribution, power generation, etc.
  • Ensure efficient and appropriate use of the engineering department.
  • Manage training and development needs of new hires and existing staff.
  • Design and implement preventive maintenance programs for facilities and associated utilities.
  • Assist with vendor and customer relationships.
  • Collect and analyze data, report events and metrics, and information in detailed reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and other practices set by upper management directives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Job Qualifications
  • Certified Electrician certification required
  • 5+ years of overseas engineering services management experience required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and accurately.
  • Strong self-starter.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
