Your role

  • Lead integration of engineering scopes across disciplines, ensuring alignment of interfaces, deliverables, assumptions, and schedules.


  • Coordinate and consolidate technical inputs from multiple disciplines to support proposal development and scope definition.


  • Oversee processes, project specific directives, including scope breakdown, work allocation, and skills tracking.


  • Assist the Engineering Director and Engineering Managers in resource planning, ensuring work is assigned based on competencies, and maintain visibility of capacity and utilization across teams.


  • Lead development and deployment of tools and dashboards to track staff capabilities, scopes of work, and performance metrics.


  • Identify and manage integration risks, gaps, and misalignments, and escalate issues affecting scope, schedule, or quality.


  • Ensure engineering deliverables are structured to support downstream needs such as procurement, construction, and commissioning.


  • Collaborate with project leadership, engineering managers, project managers, clients and external stakeholders to align execution strategies and priorities.


  • Drive continuous improvement in integration processes.


  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on integration, planning, and work excellence.


About you

  • Engineering degree in a core discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical) from an accredited University


  • Registered Professional Engineer in a Province of Canada (member in good standing) is an asset.


  • 5 years of design experience in their core engineering discipline


  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading engineering teams


  • Minimum 3 years of nuclear or other regulated industry


  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary work with significant stakeholder interface requirements.


  • Experience managing and/or performing work under nuclear quality management systems such as CSA N286, CSA N299.


  • Working knowledge of industry codes and standards in their core engineering discipline.


  • Demonstrated business acumen.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Willing to travel to and potentially work at project sites to meet corporate needs (Note: the initial site location is at the Mississauga head office in Ontario)


  • Security Clearance with Public Services and Procurement Canada is a condition of employment.
