.NET and React experience who enjoys solving complex technical problems, mentoring engineers, influencing architecture, and helping teams do their best work. This role will be 50% engineering and 50% team management.
You'll focus on:- Leading, coaching and developing engineers
- Driving technical strategy and modernization
- Building scalable solutions with .NET, React, APIs and cloud technologies
- Improving delivery, CI/CD, reliability and engineering practices
- Advancing the responsible use of AI across engineering
What you'll bring:- Significant hands-on software engineering experience
- Strong C#/.NET and React/TypeScript expertise
- SaaS and scalable architecture experience
- Technical leadership, mentoring or engineering management experience
- A desire to lead both technology and people
Pay RangeThe salary range for this position (in local currency) is 109,700.00 - 183,200.00.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
