hands-on Manager of Application Architecture to lead a global team of Application Architects while driving the technical direction of our SaaS platform.
What you'll do:- Lead application and quality architecture strategy
- Drive modernization, scalability, reliability, and security
- Establish architecture standards and engineering guardrails
- Partner across Engineering, Product, DevOps, Security, and AI
- Mentor and develop a global team of architects
What you'll bring:- 8+ years in software engineering with architecture experience
- Leadership experience managing technical teams
- Strong expertise in .NET/C#, React/TypeScript, APIs, microservices, and cloud
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, CI/CD, test automation, and observability
- A passion for building great technology and great teams
Pay RangeThe salary range for this position (in local currency) is 109,700.00 - 183,200.00.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
