Full Job Description
Responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, capable, and compliant production operations. The role works at the interface of Production, Engineering, Quality, and Product Development, supporting automation, equipment, process validation, industrialization, and sustainable improvements in quality, cost, and performance. • Defining and documenting requirements for new automation systems, • Performance qualification and validation - responsibility for the qualification of new production processes in cooperation with the validation department, as well as the acceptance of the systems • Optimization of existing processes - Analysis and implementation of optimization measures to improve efficiency, reduce production costs, and improve product quality • Training of production personnel for the series start-up of new systems • Cooperation with other specialist departments to ensure that all technical standards are met • Data analysis: - Recording and evaluating important plant parameters and key figures in order to assess and continuously improve the performance of processes • Investigating and evaluating operational processes in order to eliminate bottlenecks and achieve efficiency gains.
