Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) Engineer, you will be the lead technical authority for Danfoss Power Solutions, guiding our teams and shaping the future of our NVH capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing- Act as our lead NVH technical expert, providing guidance and data-driven insights to engineering teams across the business.
- Lead complex noise and vibration investigations from planning and testing to analysis, identifying root causes and guiding engineering decisions.
- Partner with product development teams throughout the entire lifecycle to resolve NVH challenges and optimize system-level performance.
- Develop and refine our NVH capabilities by improving test methods, engineering standards, and laboratory procedures.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, helping to build NVH competency across our global engineering organization.
What We're Looking For- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Acoustics, or a related discipline, with 5+ years of experience in a technical field like NVH, dynamics, or testing.
- Proven experience planning and conducting experimental tests and using data-driven methods to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems.
- Direct experience in NVH engineering, including the use of accelerometers, microphones, data acquisition systems, and signal analysis.
- Familiarity with NVH software (Siemens Test Lab or similar) and testing methods like modal analysis or shaker testing is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical findings to a diverse audience.
