Job Description:
The Corporate Applications Engineer (CAE) will provide technical support to mass-market customers, via case tickets, phone, and live chat. This role focuses on troubleshooting and resolving client issues related to microcontrollers/ microprocessors, embedded firmware, software ecosystem, etc. They work individually and collaboratively with peers to address client’s hardware and firmware/software challenges, contribute to team infrastructure, AI initiatives, deliver training and provide direct support to the global community.
Resolve customer issues through case tickets, live chat, and phone support.
Guide mass-market customers through embedded hardware, firmware, and software design challenges.
Apply familiarity with machine learning and AI frameworks to emerging support needs.
Analyze root causes and document clear, actionable technical findings.
Create example source code, knowledge-base articles, application notes, chatbot content, reports, and other technical resources.
Analyze electrical schematics.
