Role Overview

We're looking for an exceptional Engagement Manager to drive the adoption of Reflection's technology across enterprises. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, AI-fluent, familiar with Korean business practices and energized by bringing structure to fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

What You'll Do
  • Support technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements. Work alongside Solutions Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers to structure strategic engagements, drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) that outline scope, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Enable Forward Deployed Engineers during project delivery by navigating organizational complexity and facilitating access to customer subject-matter experts, systems, and data.
  • Manage customer relationships by maintaining a regular cadence with executive sponsors and technical leads, while surfacing issues and celebrating wins.
  • Lead delivery operations, including sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, and progress reporting. Translate technical complexity into executive-level updates.
  • Support technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and inform engagement design.
  • Support enterprise on-boarding processes by coordinating Reflection's teams to manage security reviews, legal approvals, and procurement processes with account executives.
  • Manage scope and change requests, setting clear expectations and negotiating contract modifications when necessary.
  • Capture customer feedback to inform our research and product development priorities.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in roles such as Engagement Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Deployment Strategist within consulting, technology, or enterprise software.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex technical projects to large enterprise customers.
  • High technical acumen with a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, software architecture, and enterprise systems.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience navigating large organizations.
  • Fluency in Korean and English. You will conduct discovery sessions, lead working sessions, deliver executive presentations, and manage day-to-day client relationships in Korean, while working closely with colleagues in English.
  • You are energized by ambiguity and have the ability to drive organizational change, guiding customers from initial concept to full-scale adoption.
